LUXEMBOURG – Following our impactful Summit in Lisbon, the S9+ Coalition is thrilled to announce that our next bi-annual gathering will take place in Luxembourg from June 8–10, 2026. This summit will as usual coincide with the D9+ Ministerial meeting, providing a unique platform for the S9+ to present key policy priorities directly to the Digital Ministers of Europe’s frontrunner nations.
A New Chapter: Welcoming Pulse and House of Startups
We are proud to officially introduce the newest members of the S9+ family: Pulse and the House of Startups. As our local hosts and committed partners on the ground, they have been instrumental in laying the groundwork for an ambitious program. Their deep integration into the Luxembourgish tech and innovation ecosystem ensures that this Summit will be one of our most visible and impactful moments yet.
The Roadmap to Luxembourg: June 8–10
The three-day program is designed to bridge the gap between policy and practice, focusing on Europe’s digital competitiveness and the framework conditions for startups and scaleups.
- June 8: Ecosystem Insight & Networking
The Summit opening, ecosystem visit, D9+ networking and official Ministerial meeting - June 9: Political Dialogue & Ecosystem Celebration
S9+ will host a dedicated session to align on our collective EU Startup Agenda. The day will conclude with an ecosystem event at the House of Startups in Luxembourg City, bringing together international startups and key ecosystem players. - June 10: S9+ at Nexus Luxembourg
The coalition will take stage at Nexus Luxembourg, where we plan to further elaborate on our core priorities and engage in high-level discussions with key stakeholders in the European ecosystem.
While looking forward in excitement, the coalition is currently crafting a powerful S9+ declaration to be presented before the Summit designed to position the S9+ as the most ambitious startup coalition in Europe, advocating for the structural changes necessary to turn the Single Market into a true platform for global competitiveness. Our goal is clear: To empower EU startups to expand beyond borders and capture global market spaces, ensuring Europe leads the next wave of innovation.
